  • 2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugars, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Mix in sour cream and pumpkin until fully combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
