Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries.
  2. Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Dip each strawberry two-thirds into the melted chocolate, shake off excess, then dip the bottom third in blue sprinkles.
  5. Place dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet and allow them to cool until the chocolate hardens (about one hour).
