  • 1½ cups (300 g) light brown sugar, (packed)
  • ½ cup (129 g) creamy peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs, (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups (375 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup (240 g) peanut butter chips
  • 2 cups (376 g) Reese's pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, beat together unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and creamy peanut butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract; mix well after each addition.
