  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Let cool before chopping into bite-sized pieces.
