  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 egg
  • 150g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 30g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 200ml milk
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 150g hazelnut spread (Nuss-Nougat-Creme)
  • 300g dark chocolate for coating

Instructions

  1. Prepare your mini ice cream mold by greasing it lightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together brown sugar and softened butter. Add salt and vanilla paste, then incorporate the egg.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and milk until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed and fold in dark chocolate shavings.
  5. Fill molds with batter and insert sticks; bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15–20 minutes.
  6. Cool cakesicles before filling with a mixture of cream cheese and hazelnut spread.
  7. Dip cooled cakesicles in melted dark chocolate and decorate as desired.
