  • 2 cups corn syrup
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 12 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 bag (12 ounces) chocolate chips
  • 1 bag (12 ounces) butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. In a Dutch oven over medium heat, combine peanut butter, corn syrup, and sugar. Stir until smooth.
  2. Gradually add crispy rice cereal in four batches, mixing until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into three thin rectangles on parchment paper and let cool completely.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted mixture over each rectangle, spreading it evenly.
  6. Roll each rectangle tightly from one edge to the other.
  7. Slice into half to one-inch pieces for serving.
