  • 1 1/22 lbs top sirloin steak
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes
  • 2 bell peppers (red, yellow or orange)
  • 2 small or 1 large zucchini
  • 1 large red onion
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl or freezer bag, whisk together all marinade ingredients. Reserve 1/3 cup for basting.
  2. Add the top sirloin steak to the marinade, ensuring it’s well-coated. Refrigerate for 2–6 hours.
  3. Microwave baby red potatoes with water for about 4–5 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and mix with remaining vegetables, reserved marinade, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well and refrigerate.
  4. Soak wooden skewers in water if using.
  5. Assemble kabobs by threading marinated steak and prepared vegetables onto skewers.
  6. Grill over medium-high heat until cooked to your desired doneness.
