  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (as a Worcestershire sauce alternative)
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine beef cubes with soy sauce, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
