  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Season beef with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat; brown the beef in batches and set aside.
