Ingredients

  • 2 inches raw Ginger (peeled)
  • 2 cups Filtered water
  • 1 Tbs Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 Tbs Raw Honey
  • 2 Lemons (peeled and quartered)
  • 2 Oranges (peeled and quartered)
  • 2 inches raw Turmeric (peeled) OR 1 tsp powdered turmeric
  • 24 cloves peeled raw Garlic (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a mesh strainer into a large bowl, using a spoon to help push the liquid through.
  3. Measure the strained liquid using a measuring cup with a spout for easy pouring.
  4. Transfer the liquid into bottles using a small funnel, leaving about a quarter inch from the top.
  5. Shake well before consuming and enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator.
