  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1214 wonton wrappers
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press each wonton wrapper into the cups of a muffin tin and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake for about 5 minutes until slightly crisp.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained spinach, chopped artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Mix well until combined.
  4. Fill each baked wonton cup with the mixture evenly.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
