  • 1 3/4 lbs sirloin steak (cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces)
  • 8 oz button or cremini mushrooms
  • 3 bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp red apple vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (plus more for brushing grill grates)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 10 wooden skewer sticks soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Whisk together marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Marinate steak cubes in a resealable bag for 3 to 6 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high (425°F).
  4. Toss vegetables with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Thread marinated steak and veggies onto soaked skewers.
  6. Grill kebabs for about 8-9 minutes until steak reaches an internal temperature of 140-145°F.
