  • 2 cups crushed Oreo Cookies (cream removed)

  3. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract until blended.

  5. Whisk together cake flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; mix until fully incorporated.
  7. Chill dough uncovered for 20 minutes.
  8. Roll cookie balls (about 3.5 oz each) in crushed Oreos.
  9. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 10-11 minutes until edges are firm.
