  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • Food coloring (pastel shades)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, chopped strawberries, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth. Chill for 30-45 minutes.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in another bowl. Press into the bottom of egg molds.
  3. Spoon chilled cheesecake filling into molds and smooth the tops. Freeze for 2-3 hours.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips or candy melts; add food coloring if desired. Dip frozen cheesecake eggs in melted chocolate.
  5. Immediately decorate with sprinkles or a drizzle of contrasting chocolate.
  6. Allow to set at room temperature for about 20 minutes before serving chilled.
