  • 1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup strawberry compote (or 1/4 cup jam)
  • 1 1/2 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberry compote if using homemade; let it cool. Rinse, hull, and slice the strawberries.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dairy-free yogurt with icing sugar until smooth.
  3. In clear glasses or jars, layer ingredients: start with granola, then sliced strawberries, followed by yogurt mixture and strawberry compote.
  4. Repeat layering until glasses are full and top each parfait with halved strawberries.
