  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 12 teaspoon sugar, pure maple syrup or honey (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
