Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Ripe peaches
  • Fresh cherries
  • Burrata cheese
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. In a glass jar, combine extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, finely chopped shallot, grated garlic, lemon zest, and chopped herbs. Whisk until smooth.
