  • 1½ cups boiling water (divided)
  • ½ cup ice cubes (divided)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crust
  • Fresh blueberries and chopped strawberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Blue Layer: Dissolve berry blue Jell-O in ¾ cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved, then mix in ½ cup ice cubes. Pour into the bottom of the pie crust and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
  2. Add the White Layer: Spread half of the thawed Cool Whip evenly over the blue layer and chill while preparing the red layer.
  3. Prepare the Red Layer: In a separate bowl, dissolve cherry Jell-O in ¾ cup boiling water, stir, then add ½ cup ice cubes. Pour gently over the white layer and refrigerate until fully set for another 30 minutes.
