Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Chex cereal (corn or rice)
  • 2 cups Cap’n Crunch cereal (without berries)
  • 2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios cereal
  • 1 cup mini pretzel twists
  • 1 cup red, white, and blue M&M’s
  • 11/2 bags (16 ounces total) white chocolate chips
  • 11/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons festive sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a very large bowl, combine the Chex cereal, Cap’n Crunch cereal, Honey Nut Cheerios, pretzels, and M&M’s until evenly mixed.
  3. In a medium bowl, add the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir the mixture well before microwaving again for another 25 seconds. Continue stirring until melted and smooth. If needed, return to the microwave in bursts of 10 seconds until fully melted.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the snack mix. Use a spatula to scrape all melted chocolate into the mix. Working quickly, gently stir until all components are well coated in white chocolate. Transfer to your prepared sheet pan and spread into an even layer.
  5. If desired, immediately press a few additional M&M’s on top of the mix for added color and sprinkle with festive sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
  6. Let it harden at room temperature or place it in the fridge until firm, about 10–20 minutes. Once set, break into pieces and serve!
