  • 2 containers (8 oz each) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 container (7 oz) vegan marshmallow crème
  • 23 teaspoons almond extract
  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • Optional mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the berries by cleaning and cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip together one container of thawed whipped topping and the vegan marshmallow crème until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the second container of whipped topping along with almond extract.
  4. Layer the cake on a serving platter: cut the angel food cake into thirds horizontally, then alternate layers of cake, whipped mixture, and mixed berries until all ingredients are used.
  5. Garnish with additional berries and mint leaves if desired. Refrigerate until serving.
