  • 8 beef short ribs
  • kosher salt (as needed)
  • 1 onion (finely diced)
  • 6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1 ½ cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
