  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled & cubed
  • 810 medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup milk (more if needed)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mashed potatoes by boiling cubed potatoes until tender, then mash with garlic, butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Sear in a hot skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side until blackened.
  3. For the gravy, melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk until thickened; season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another skillet, sauté broccoli in olive oil before adding shrimp seasoned with paprika; cook until shrimp are pink.
