2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 avocado, diced
1 cup grated cheese (mozzarella recommended)
4 large tortillas
4 Tablespoons sour cream
1 Tablespoon mustard
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper – to taste
2 Tablespoons cilantro – chopped
1 Tablespoon oil
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until done. Spread mustard on the chicken and add water; cover to steam for a few more minutes.
Cut cooked chicken into strips and combine in a bowl with cheese, cilantro, and diced avocado.
