100 grams good quality chocolate (chopped dark chocolate or semi-sweet chips)
1 whole egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into triangles (approximately 4 inches wide at the base).
Place about 1 tablespoon of chopped chocolate near the base of each triangle without overfilling.
