  • 1 lb (500g) lobster tails (4 lobster tails, shell-on)
  • 1/2 stick salted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian parsley leaves (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • cayenne pepper
  • lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler in your oven.
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top of each lobster shell towards the tail and create an additional one-inch rectangle cut at the center.
  3. Remove the shell gently to expose the meat.
  4. Arrange lobster tails on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and mix in minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
  6. Drizzle half of the garlic butter mixture over each lobster tail and reserve some for dipping.
  7. Broil for 5–8 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. Serve immediately with remaining garlic butter and lemon slices.
