  • 8 oz mushrooms (washed and air-dried)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef steak into 1½-inch pieces.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Place steak in a large Ziploc bag; pour marinade over it and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Wash mushrooms thoroughly and let them air-dry.
  5. After marinating the steak for an hour, add mushrooms to the bag and marinate for an additional hour.
  6. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  7. Thread steak and mushrooms onto skewers.
