  • 1/4 cup agave nectar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 ounces Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with nonstick baking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey, agave nectar, egg, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas; mix until well blended.
  3. Add both flours, baking powder, baking soda, kosher salt, and Greek yogurt to the bowl. Beat the mixture for about 1-2 minutes until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in the mini chocolate morsels.
  5. Spoon approximately 1/4 cup of batter into each muffin tin compartment.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
