  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted or softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For the shortbread base, cream together unsalted butter and granulated sugar. Add vanilla extract and salt, then gradually mix in all-purpose flour. Press into a greased baking pan.
