¾ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Salt the Steak: Season liberally with kosher salt, place on a wire rack over a rimmed sheet pan, and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
Fire Up the Grill: Preheat your grill to around 500°F while cleaning the grates.
