  • 23 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Clean the chicken thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Arrange the chicken in a single layer on a baking tray. Drizzle olive oil over it and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Grill chicken skin side down for 10-15 minutes until browned. Flip and baste with sugar-free BBQ sauce; grill for another 15-20 minutes.
  5. Flip again, baste one more time, and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (about 5 additional minutes). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
