  • 2 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • For topping: 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, parsley, oregano, and olive oil.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and gradually add to the almond flour mixture until fully combined.
  4. Gradually add coconut flour one tablespoon at a time; let the dough rest for 1–2 minutes after each addition.
  5. Roll about 2 tablespoons of dough into balls and shape them into sticks on a nonstick surface.
  6. Place sticks on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Mix topping ingredients in a small bowl. Brush breadsticks with olive oil and sprinkle topping mix before returning to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
