  • 1 cup (80 g) rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup (28 g) coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup (115 g) shredded carrots
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the base ingredients: In a food processor, combine dates, apricots, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Process until smooth.
  2. Add oats and spices: Mix in rolled oats, coconut flour, spices, and shredded carrots until everything is well combined.
