  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 36 Golden Oreos
  • 1/3 cup red, white, and blue sprinkles (for the batter)
  • 1/3 cup red, white, and blue sprinkles (for the tops)
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time on low speed; mix until just blended.
  4. Fold in 1/3 cup of sprinkles.
  5. Line muffin tin with cupcake liners; place one Golden Oreo in each.
  6. Fill liners with cheesecake batter up to three-quarters full.
  7. Top with additional sprinkles.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes until edges are set; center should jiggle slightly.
  9. Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
  10. Serve topped with whipped cream and extra sprinkles.
