  • 2 cups frozen spinach (chopped and thawed)
  • 6 ounces artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ¾ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded and divided)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated seamless crescent dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Blend in cream cheese and half the mozzarella. Season with garlic salt and black pepper.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough into an 8×12 rectangle and cut into 2-inch squares.
  4. Grease a mini muffin tin and place each square into the slots.
  5. Scoop one teaspoon of filling onto each dough square; top with remaining mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
