- 14 slices turkey bacon
- 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Avocado oil or olive oil for tossing
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the washed and trimmed brussels sprouts with salt, pepper, and a splash of avocado or olive oil.
- Cut each slice of turkey bacon in half to create 28 strips.
- Brush each strip of turkey bacon with maple syrup.
- Wrap one brussels sprout in each bacon strip and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet.
